Q: Can each sponsor have their own logo? A: Yes. We prepare all design files in advance and can switch between logos seamlessly throughout the event. Q: Do you provide products or do we? A: Both options are available. We can source premium engravable merchandise or engrave items you provide. Q: How far in advance should we book? A: At least 4–6 weeks ahead, and earlier during peak season (Q4 and spring conference season)
